After a not easily understood false start, Justin Bieber's official original account (@justinbieber) is back on Instagram. Re-igniting his IG momentum with his T-Mobile Superbowl ad, we figure that the phone company offered Bieber a check he couldn't refuse. Although Bieber is back on Instagram, it's unclear if his infamous shirtless selfies will remain a staple of his social media output. Maybe his management team will put some barriers on the Biebz this time around.
