aquascutumHurrah, The long camel coat is back. Storming the catwalks at Aquascutum, Micheal Kors, Gucci and Chloe - to name a few!
There is something so classic about the long camel coat. And it must be long to have the desired effect. I think it's also that I have never seen a high street version which comes close to the real deal. The best CC (camel coat) came from Hermes.
Which showed a shorter (just above the knee as opposed to Maxmara's ankle length and Aquascutums floor length) version with more mannish tailoring. Whoever was responsible for the bowler hats and canes on the catwalk - we salute you!
Be warned though, the CC demands slick and stylish tailoring. No grungy ripped anything while wearing.
COLOR - erm, camel.
TRANS- SEASONAL - A coat is either light enough to wear during the summer nights or too heavy. You may have to sit this one out until it gets colder out there.....
